Current and past Pyllon Coaching athletes, family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Upon not being able to claim the prize in the first instance the prize offer will be withdrawn.
Closing date for entry will be 30th November 2016. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received, not completed fully or for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and the prize for the winner is as follows: If you submit a note of interest (at www.pyllonultra.com/competition) and post 5 social media posts within the given time period showing why you should be selected, use the "#UnlockUltra" tag and follow the social media platform's "Pyllon" account as detailed and are successfully selected to complete the questionnaire and you "win," your prize will consist of up to 6 months of online ultra running coaching (or less if your race is before that date) with Pyllon Coaching, using the Training Peaks platform.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to full entrants and detailed on www.pyllonultra.com as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
A winner will be chosen by the promoter following the submission of a fully completed questionnaire if selected after the closing date.
The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when the coaching prize will commence. Training plans, sessions and advice given in the "prize" period remain the property of the promoter.
The promoter takes no responsibility for the outcome of any race or training programme and by entering the competition you are confirming that you are fit and healthy and that your doctor has confirmed that you are able to take part in a regular training programme of up to 12 hours of running activity per week.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner should a suitable race not be confirmed within 4 weeks of the coaching commencing. We also reserve the right to withdraw the prize if the winner is injured, unable or unwilling to complete the training plans, doesn't provide regular weekly updates, or has completed an ultra in the past.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize should the winner not have an understanding of written english or does not have regular access to the internet to receive and update training plans.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize should the winner not be willing to create and use a basic Training Peaks account to receive and update training plans. No alternative will be offered.
The promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner if they do anything publicly to negatively impact the Pyllon Coaching business, such as sharing details of training plans or race strategies. A non-disclosure agreement needs to be agreed between the Promoter and the Winner before the coaching can commence.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: Pyllon Ltd. 6 Glenfield Gardens, Paisley, PA2 8BF.
Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
