At Pyllon Coaching we believe that through a well-structured training plan with the benefit of having experienced many of the best and toughest races in the world, we can help you achieve your ultra ambitions. We work with athletes looking to step up to ultra for the first time, those taking on new challenges and experienced racers who want to start challenging and winning (from marathon to ultra distances). 

We all have individual goals and targets. So our coaching is personalised. We believe it's the only way to achieve long-term success. Our adaptive training approach is based on our understanding of your ambitions and experience, the time you can commit to training and the many other demands of day-to-day life. Optimal training cannot be achieved simply by following one of the many available generic plans - priorities change and life has a habit of throwing up challenges, so we review workload, performance and recovery data weekly, to ensure you reach the start-line of your next race in the best possible shape. 

We love this sport and we want to see more people taking part and fulfilling their potential. So, we want to work with runners who are committed to making improvements and to take on new races and distances.

We take a partnership approach. We work together with our athletes rather than just providing information (you can get that from a book!). We genuinely care about the journey and the relationships we build, and we'll do whatever we can to help you deliver the best possible performances.
