Winter is a time many people switch off, thinking that they’ll get organised at some point with training as races feel very far in the distance. The most successful athletes we’ve worked with over the last 9 years are ‘full-life’ runners and make the most of the winter period, with sessions and runs they don’t get the chance to do close to races.
Your tailored plan will be delivered to you through Training Peaks, making it easy for you to look ahead, plan and track your training.
